The approximately 500 sq. ft. theater is located on the lower level, amongst other family recreational spaces; e.g. dance room, billiard room, exercise room, kitchen, indoor pool and ancillary spaces. 

The viewing room accommodates 12 on a split/raised platform, and is acoustically designed and separated from the existing structure. 

One important goal was to integrate the new volume into the existing aesthetic and function of the house.

Features include:  new HVAC system for the theater, fully operational theater system components integrated with the house security systems, HVAC systems and lighting systems.
