Program:
The project was to expand a small home and renovate the existing
areas to provide a more functional, integrated plan. The resultant
solution flips the functions of the existing home. The program
included a new master bedroom suite, remodelled kitchen, new
breakfast area, remodelled dining room, new living room, remodelled
basement, remodelled garage/workshop, new two car garage, and
a new exterior deck. The living room was situated to take advantage
of the dramatic view of the landscaped rear yard and lagoon
beyond. |
