Program:
To design a custom cluster house community. The units offer a variety of amenities and subtle style manipulations; which contribute to an overall aesthetic compatible difference. Each unit type takes advantage of the beautiful natural surroundings and is custom designed for each site. Depicted here, the Ashford Unit is a two-story cape cod influenced design with a dramatic two story family room. It is oriented on the precipice of the adjacent ravine and has dramatic views.
