Program:

To design a 6,000 square foot marina facility with 80 boat
slips. The facility replaced the former marina which was destroyed
by an ice flood in the spring of 1994. The program included
a marina management office, a retail shop, snack bar and concession
stand, public eating area, full service kitchen, multi-purpose
room/public dining room, dry storage areas, public restroom,
dry dock/boat maintenacnce facility, and lobby/circulation
control. A gas-fired forced air HVAC system was used. Materials
