Additions
and Alterations

Program:
The addition of a 5,200 square foot educational wing to an existing
Lutheran Church. The program included seven Sunday school classrooms,
a nursery, a parlor/meeting room, a kindergarten room, storage
areas, additional restrooms, a new entry, and an enlarged narthex.
The mechanical systems installed were gas-fired forced air,
and roof top units for heating and cooling. A landscaped retention
pond provided a unique solution for a site water retention problem.
New skylight units provide natural light to both the entry and
narthex. |
